  We used ForHomeBuyers when buying a house, but I don't think they represent sellers.  The other company I heard the most good stuff about was Fonville Morrisey, they seem to be a pretty popular company.  Good luck selling!

  We used Cassondra Liles.  Her website is: http://www.cassondra.com/ I know a couple of people that used her and she is fantastic to work with.  Best of Luck!

  I used Debbie Van Horn w/Fonville Morrissey and so did my co-worker.  She was great to work with.  Have fun house shopping!
