    If you are having a religious or cultural wedding, you might want to post on the specific forum here to see if anyone has suggestions about books that can give you info about the traditions you might incorporate.

    For wedding planning- I liked the wedding planner by Peggy Post. It had pockets in each section for things you might pick up like flyers, samples, business cards, etc. And it had a great sections on what to ask vendors and comparing vendors.

    I have the Martha Stewart Wedding Planner.  I might have opened it 4 or 5 times since I received it over a year ago.  I get most of my info from TK (articles and the forums).  I use tools for budget and guest list.  It's worked well for me.  Since I don't use it old Martha might be making its way into the yard sale next month!

    1800 registry has free wedding planning books, A hugh Binder!! with everythign you need on the inside!! I signed up sunday noght & got mine today!! a must for any new bride!!
