I have only done light housekeeping for the family I nanny for. I have someone who wants me to clean their house twice a month and I am not really sure what to charge. I know it is different depending on what state you are in, but for those of you who do it do you charge by the hour, size of the house, mess of the house, ect? I told him I would have to come see it and then give him a price. He said his house is 1100 square feet, so it is not too big. I was going to say, 50 dollars for each time I came, so 100 a month? Is that reasonable? Too much? I live in Rhode Island...
