Dear Husband to be,Stop trying to go over our budget.  I get it, you want a fabulous wedding.  But you trying to spend an additional $4000 on chairs is stressing me out!  Please stop- you are ruining my wedding budget and sanity!
        - Already stressed out bride to be

Confession- I am so nervous about the wedding.  I feel like I will be crying the whole time.  The idea of walking down the aisle terrifies me a little.  I keep telling myself, just concentrate of the music and not falling.  UGH!  Each time my mom mentions walking down the aisle with me, she starts to cry.  so, that make me want to cry.

    B/M-
We are 56 guests over what we had planned and we are still waiting on 8 more people to RSVP.  I wish people would just let us know if they are coming or not.  It is so rude and makes me hate people a little.  I pray they do not show up.

</div><div>2. Dont say that you're going to cry!!! No bride should or feel like crying on their big day!! Mom is crying because she longed for this day to come. and now that its coming up, her excitement is building up and the only way to release the tension is to let some tears roll down. but thats OK!! Promise! & don't you worry about falling!! You'll do great!</div><div>

Dear Lady at the Grocery Store:

I would rather buy and eat real food than waste money on your gimmicky "nutrition shakes," thanks. I just stood there and told you that yes, I am happy with my post-baby weight (by the way, kinda rude of you to ask), and you're pushing your product on me anyway? Go away!

    Sincerely,

    Dear Mom,
Stop adding things here and there 2 weeks before the wedding and not telling me until it happens to come up in conversation  Please be organized about what you want.  FInally...going 2 hours the day before the wedding to pick up sweets should not even be in your head!!

Ahh....I am very stressed....getting married in 2 weeks!

@Beloved.  Good for you for not killing the shake lady.  I believe I would have!

@Mimosa - Good luck!!!!  Hopefully you will think to ask your mom everything you need to!!  Maybe write out a schedule for the last couple of days so she can see how busy you'll be!

    My vent:
My in-laws brought a gorgeous sari for our rehearsal dinner here (and I'll wear when we go to India), but they didn't have the blouse made there, we agreed to do it here so we'd be sure it fit nicely.  So I brought it to the one lady in town who can do it.  She hasn't stuck to our limited schedule.  I called her because it was supposed to be done Tues.  No call.  I called yesterday, left a voicemail asking if it was ready.  An hour or so later, I get a call, "Someone from this number called me.  Who is this???" I repeated my name and company (I gave my work number out).  I asked who she was.  Instead of saying, "I'm Jane from X company", She just angrily said, "Jane."  I asked if she had been looking for the services my company offers and she yelled at me.  Then I recognized the voice.  I said, "OH Jane! It's." then she hung up on me.  I call back.  She is nice as can be.  The sari is ready and why haven't I picked it up??  Grrr.  So today she calls and asks when we're coming today.  I'm mid-sentence, she interrupts me.  I start talking again and she has hung up on me again.  Ugh!  I do not like this woman!!  But I have a feeling I have to be nice to her because my options are very limited unless I want to drive to Chicago!  uuuuugggggghhhhh!

Who doesn't assume calls to their business are in fact business calls and then yells at potential customers????

Mimosa -- Sadly, weddings bring out the over-achiever in moms.  All of a sudden, there are thousands of things they absolutely NEED and they themselves (or worse, the bride) will somehow do all these things in the 48 hours before the wedding!

JSleik -- When you try the blouse on look at it in a really dissatisfied manner and mutter that the dry cleaner will have to fix it.  Or better yet, bring your FMIL along and unleash her on this woman... if she's anything like my MIL the price will come down by 75%!

Beloved -- Seriously?  But I can top that:  I was once offered a nose job.  A plastic surgeon came up to me while I was having lunch in a restaurant and told me he would be happy to "fix" my Semitic nose for me!  Why do people think itt's okay to be that rude to random strangers?

Dear Astrologer (most likely in India) on Bf's side -
Please hurry up with the horoscope matching... my bf is getting antsy!  Plus to make things worse, I don't have a time of birth, it doesn't appear on my birth certificate, what am I to do??? ( I don't even believe!  But for the sake of sake, I hope something can be ironed out!)

    Ooh!  Sounds like good things are happening <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-wink.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />

Someone must know your time of birth... relatives or someone must have been there?
