  Check craigslist. I was on there when I was first starting out. You can find some students or young professionals that are great but just not super expereinced.
  
  And depends on what you mean by cheap. For a wedding in Colorado (which would be a destination wedding for me), I would charge $2,000.

  I'm a videographer, however I have traveled twice to the Denver area for weddings, and both times worked with Trysan Photography.  They do an acceptional job, and are great at poses, and making the day go smoothly.   Their website is http://www.trystanphotography.com. Anyways, good luck!
