Tasting with Masterpiece Cuisine

Hi ladies!
I know there are alot of post about MC and I thought I would post my experience with their food tasting. We schedule in advance and on a weekday because thats when they are not so busy. And it is $150 for four people (which they add on your balance).
My fiance, mom, and soon to be SIL just met Chef Tim on monday 7/26. He had a table set up for four with the exact same plates, cups, and utensils that will be used for the reception. Also with some bottled water =)
We each had a single serving of all the appetizers on our menu, well all except the Mezze platter. We had the Caprese kabob, Grilled chicken bruschetta, Mini sliders, Cedar planked grilled shrimp, and medierranean salad cups.
I had a feeling I would like the food, but I was worried about my fiance. He hates and has had bad experiences with catered food. But he absolutly LOVED everything!
My favorite was the salad and bruschetta...yum!!  =)
And Chef Tim was so nice! He really made us feel like our opinions are what mattered most. He wanted to make sure that we liked everything, but even if we didnt, it was no problem to change anything. He was even trying to give us the leftover salads, but we were all stuffed.
He also said that it would be no problem to get the food into Mandalay Bay. He's been in business for a few years and has catered to just about ever casino on the strip. He said that even though the casino's say no catering, they still have had no problem. Everything from Ballagio, Ceasars, Wynn, and the new Aria. Not a problem!!
So my experience with MC was absolutly Fabu! Loved Scott and Chef Tim!
The only bad thing I have to say is that now I have to wait another 5 months to taste their food again Cry
Man, I wish I took that salad!!
