Salons / Waxing

Thinking about getting a bikini wax this summer.... anyone know of good, reputable salons that don't gost a gazillion dollars?  I go back to Tiffin, my hometown, to get my hair done, so I don't have a salon up here.

    I go to Leah @ Soto Salon in Perrysburg.  I get it all waxed - eyebrow, underarm, brazilian and half leg - she is wonderful.  Bikini was is $30

    I'm scared too!  LOL.  After one weekend at the lake, I'm so sick of shaving already.  Going to bite the bullet and try it.

    Want the low down on how to make it less painful????

    Take 4-6 advil about 1.5/2 hours before your appointment.  Get this stuff called Relax and Wax

    Put this on twice within an hour before you appointment.  Put a ton on, like baby rash cream.  The two spots that hurt the most in waxing are the underarms and the pelvic bone of the bikini area (the bone that runs right down the middle).  Avoid caffeinne that day too.

    It's not that bad, I promise!  And the more you go, the less your hair grows :)
