How does my brunch menu sound?

I officially booked my brunch at home reception.  My venue provides a sample menu but allows some tweaking.  I replaced a few of their items with some of our favs.  Whatcha think?

 

Food and beverages for cocktail ½ hour:

Champagne w/ strawberries or raspberries (served at door)

Fresh fruit juice (apple, cranberry, and orange)

Fruit display

Cheese display

 

Food and beverage for meal:

Soft drinks, coffee, tea, fresh fruit juice bar

Tropical Drink Island: Mimosa, bloody mary, tropical martini and Sangria w/ fresh fruit

 

Breakfast Station:

-Scrambled eggs w/ Vermont cheddar

-Country link sausage

-Applewood smoked bacon

-Hash brown potatoes w/ peppers and onions

-Bananas foster french toast

-House grilled belgian waffles

-Fruit blintz

-Bagels, muffins, breads

 

Lunch Station:

-Cavatappi pasta tossed w/ roasted red peppers, broccoli, wild mushrooms, and grape tomatoes in parmesan cream sauce

-Roasted seasonal vegetables tossed w/ pomodoro sauce and topped w/ asiago bread crumbs

-Lemon Basil Chicken served w/ button mushrooms, red and yellow peppers and a chardonnay wine reduction sauce

-Tender medallions of beef, bourbon glazed w/ caramelized shallots

-Mozzarella Caprese

-Paella

 

Carving Station:

Roast Sirloin


Omelet Station:

Omelets with choice of veggies, meats and cheeses

 

Deserts:

Cupcake (provided by us)

Pastries

Tarts

Parfaits
