I spent about $150 on everything except postage, which I haven't purchased yet, if I'm remembering correctly.  DIY invites.  I need to start printing soon. . . Oh!  It's enough for 75 invites.

Edit:  There should be enough cardstock left for our programs and our escort cards in that $150 as well.

  • So far we've spent $140 to have a graphic artist design our invites and the line art for it.  Paper will be cheap in bulk and printing will be done as effiently and cheaply as we can do it.  I don't plan on spending more than $500 max, very likely less, after it's all said and done.

That'll probably be for 150 STD's, invitations, reception cards, matting, envelopes and mailing.

Might seem like a bit much, but I was getting very picky and the artist we hired was exactly what I was looking for.
  • I made my own invitations and I think all total, I spent about $200 on them for 75 invitations including rsvp cards, envelopes, directions inserts, with enough cardstock leftover to make our programs.

  • We spent around $70, and that's before postage.   We got 2 invitation kits at Michaels with 40% off coupons, 2 spools of ribbon, and 1 ream of card stock for about 75-80 invitations.  There's enough card stock to make the directions/map card and programs.

  • I budgeted $205 for invitations, response cards, and STDs, not including postage postage.
