I need to find a venue

I am going crazy!! trying to find a venuw that doesn't require catering.
I live in Riverhead and its so hard to find one asap HELP!!

    There aren't going to be a lot of venues on LI that don't provide catering - they tend to be all inclusive.  If you're insisting on your own catering you might want to try something offbeat, like a beachside or vineyard wedding, depending on your budget.

    There are tons on the North Fork... any of the vineyards don't require catering, and they don't include it. Several parks in the area, Wildwood is nice if you're in Riverhead. Driftwood Farms in Orient is AMAZING. If you're interested in the vineyard route, visit LIwinepress.com (I write for it) and look at the vineyard wedding guide.
    There's also a lot of places that are town specific... i.e. Founder's Landing in Southold, but you have to live in the park district. Veteran's park in Mattituck. Bailey Beach has a great hall. If I can think of anymore I'll post them.
