Reception card wording

hey ladies my fiance and I are having a debate. Our reception card is going to say " reception immeadiately following ceremony"  we have to be out of our venue by midnight. Fiance thinks we need to say on the card that the reception ends at 11pm. I think thats not proper ettiqute to put it on the card and that if we do a last call last dance etc people will get that the reception is ending what do you guys think

    I think it would be cute announce a "last dance" at 11. Your guests would know the reception is ending but it still gives you an hour to say final goodbyes and for everyone to vacate.

    I have never seen an end time anywhere on an invitation or reception card. Based on the time of the ceremony, it's easy to guesstimate an approximate ending time.
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14
