Return envelope address

I'm looking for opinions on the wording of the return address.

Is it ok to leave the return address name off the envelope and just write the address, or should the name and address be on the envelope?

Example:

1234 Main Street
Anywhere, OH 12345

or

1234 Main Street
Anywhere, OH 12345
