So my dad and I have this special bond we share that involves Gordon Lightfoot songs. He got me hooked on the guy when I was really little and now I'm trying to decide if this song is appropriate for a father daughter dance. There is one line in the song that throws the whole thing off. My questions is this, will anyone even listen to or notice the lyrics. I have highlighted the words that don't work.
Do you think I should scrap the song and start over or use it?
