who can cater an awesome BBQ and southern comfort food for our wedding!!!???

We would love a caterer who can do it all on site for our outdoor wedding. pig roast and ribs with southern style sides... maybe hor dourves with a cocktail hour as well. Its a small wedding (50ish people) so it wont be a lot but we want awesome food! any recommendations?

    B&m BBQ.....there are a few locations east and west. Also check out Freddies on St Clair. These places are far from fancy, but if food is all youre lookin for...
