Crush at the Bob?

My fiance and I are interested in using Crush at the Bob for our wedding reception, maybe even the ceremony. I am not interested in Eve or top of the Bob as their minimums are $5,000 and $6.000 and we don't have that kind of money to spend. It's only $150 to rent Crush with no minimum and the Gillmore catering is reasonably priced...but has anyone in GR ever done an actual wedding reception there? I know that Eve is suited for a reception but it's just too expensive. If Crush won't work, it's back to the drawing board for locations.

    My cousin had her reception there.  It was beautiful - one thing to keep in mind is they allow the public to come in at 10:30pm.  I felt like this made the reception run shorter than usual.

    That's awesome! My mom had called them and they said that they don't really do receptions at Crush. It doesn't look like they actually do sit down receptions. I do know they let the public in which is fine. We would leave and were considering doing an after reception bar hop downtown. How was your cousin's organized. I really love the place so if I can make it I'd love to try.

    My cousin's was sit down, 10-person round tables, plated dinner, escort cards.  Total normal sit down wedding. Its a very cool atmophere!
