  • I always joke I don't need to work on my legs because I'm wearing a ball gown and you won't be able to see my legs anyways haha. I can't lose any weight they said though because my dress fits perfect

    I was in sports from tee ball when I was little til senior year in high school. I miss how fit I used to be because I was constantly active. You can tell my leg muscles aren't as toned. I did softball, track, cheerleading, and basketball (til 7th grade haha)

    I know how you feel. I was in track and basketball all through college. I can definitely tell I am not as strong! That is why I am doing the sit up, dip, push up and squat challenges!!

    I have no upper body strength. Like I can do a proper push up but you can tell I'm week. My softball coach would be like come on Army wife haha.

    That'd be scary haha. I'm in PT right now for my back and holy cow planks kill me haha. I feel like it's helping some but not enough to keep going twice a week but I don't know how I just quit like that ya know?
