Heartstrings Alterations?

Has anyone had their alterations done at Heartstrings?  If yes, how'd it go?

    I bought my dress there, but I picked it up when it came in and took it to Louise's for alterations.  It sat in my closet for 3 months before my first fitting, after picking it up from Heartstrings.

    I was wondering the same thing.  I just ordered my dress from Heartstrings about 3 weeks ago.  Not that my dress will be in anytime soon, but I was wondering where to take mine.  I did talk on the phone with the woman who does alterations with them and she was very helpful.  I was wondering about taking out the corset back and adding a zipper to the dress I wanted, and she was knowledgeable and nice!
