HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Morning Ladies!  Hip-hip-hooray... it's Friday.  Hope everybody has a great week-end.  Nothing too special my way.  Going to a Pure Romance/bridal party on Saturday... and then maybe a movie date night on Sunday with FI. 

Anybody seen anything good lately.  I heard Get Him to the Greek was really funny, FI wants to see Splice (yeah...no, I don't do scary very well)

    WOooo Friday!

    Letters to Juliet was REALLY good, but it's a chicky flick :o) .. we've heard mixed reviews on the Greek movie. Have you checked out 'Friedtomatoes' (the movie review website) There are a few others out that I want to see, but alas, I've forgotten which ones.

    Thank goodness its Friday.  I have tons o do at work but as usual I procrastinate and check the Knot all day instead :)  Sadly I have been having Knot issues -- when I go to the board it is not updating so I have to hit "refresh" several times before it actually shows me the most recent posts.  Then if I go into a thread, I have to do the same thing.  Frustrating.

    We are going to the rescue group reunion tomorrow with our puppy and I know at least one of his sisters will be there so thatwill be fun.  We have e-pics rescheduled for Sunday evening, so help pray for no rain Sunday between 6 and 8ish!

    Question from a lurker. Is the board always this slow or are a lot of regular posters away on honeymoon/vacation?

    Friday's it slows down and then weekends are slow.

    We've also had a good handful of regs get married recently so many are on honeymoons / moving and what not.

    Usually, no, it's not this slow, during the week :o)

    I'm BridgeFright.  I've been around a long long time.  The s/n is new so it looks like I haven't. I mostly lurk though but I will probably be posting more often in the coming months.

    Yeah, Happy Friday and all that jazz.  I hope everyone has a great weekend. 

    I'm no help with movie recommendations.  I've been doing at home date nights lately because they're less expensive.  If you want some ideas for movie rentals though, I'm your woman. Saving up for a wedding and paying off debt is hard work!

    I know how you feel.  FI and I haven't gone out in so long that when he did mentioned a movie date night I got cheesy super excited and I am not even a big movie goer because it cost so much, it seems like a rip-off.  But if it gets us out of the house.. sounds good.

    But then again, I am going to a pure romance party on Saturday.. (might not make it to the movie...)

    Have a great weekend everyone!!  We are the same with haven't seen any good movies lately.  Just one thing we quit doing (and buying dvds from walmart) to save some money.  But I want to see Toy Story 3 next week!!!!!!!

    keep it up with home date night....we are married and STILL do home date night, go out for dinner sometimes but i really don't like going to the movies....can't hit pause and rewind.

    to answer your previous question....this board has died out alot but there are several new people so hopefully it will pick up some more. i have pretty much transfered over to the nest already but stop by here to say hey on a daily basis....the ladies here are great!
