When I first started planning my wedding a year ago, we thought my dad would be able to do a father-daughter dance however it does not look like that now. He mostly gets around in a wheelchair and sometimes a walker. I am now unsure what to do about the dance. My mom suggested having that father-dance time and sitting with him. This seems odd to me. I was thinking I could dedicate a song to him but at a time everyone could dance and then I would sit with him. Has anyone been in this situation and can give some ideas or advice? Thanks.
