St. Johns Villa Rentals

Hi Ladies,
I don't post on this board often, but am looking for advice on villa rentals in St. Johns.
My FI and I just decided this is the place we want to go, but there are so many options. I'm hoping someone on TK has experienced a specific place, or company, etc. and can give me advice or direction...

    I've never rented a villa in St. John (we're doing a bed and breakfast when we go this year) but we've done villa rental twice in St. Barth.  Check out Wimco at http://www.wimco.com

    They do many islands including St. John and everyone that I know that has used them had had a great experience.  We usually use St. Barth Properties but have spoken with Wimco about properties they represent before.   Good luck planning!

    Caribbean Getaways, Cater Too are 2 good ones.  But a quick google search will give you a lot of other options.  I can't think of any company/person I would not use in St John. 

    Some people do not rent their villas through companies because of the cost.   So check out vrbo.com also.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    We rented through Caribbeanvilla.com a few years ago for part of our honeymoon and had a good experience.  We stayed at villa Dream Come True and realy enjoyed it.
