Re: opinions

  • We use to have a mouse that lived in our apartment. We never saw any droppings or anything chewed up so I figured he was alright by us.

We tried to trap him so many times in a live trap. I read that you could get a trash can and put peanut butter and/or oatmeal at the bottom with books stacked up to the lip of the can. He was suppose to go up the books like steps and fall in to eat the food. I wake up the next morning with H yelling, "Come get your crazy shiit out of the house! You've invited a huge trail of ants!!" I can't believe he puts up with everything I put him through. lol.

Mousey, aka Ralph, would come out if we were really quite and go in the chin room. I always wondered if he was terrified of us because it probably looked like we trapped his friends and turned them into huge monsters.

  • I've told you guys about the first time I drove after getting my license, right??

I was driving past the zoo in town, which has a few lakes and therefore a TON of Canadian Geese. Welll.... one tried to fly across the road, in front of my car. I tried to stop, but uh, yeah. I was so freaked out I just kept driving until I got home. I had chunks of feathers and stuff in my front grill.

The worst part though? There was a family of little kids hanging out on the side of the road feeding the geese, and they totally saw it all. oops.

My mom was driving through our neighborhood in IN, and there was a mother duck crossing the road with her babies following her. My mom stopped and waited for them to cross. There was one baby duck that was way behind though, and my mom didn't see it. She ran over it :( She said the mother duck came waddling back and just started at her smashed baby and quacked. My mom felt so awful that she cried.

I shivered when I read 'house centipede'. For some reason I hate them more than I hate any other bug. I take spiders, beetles, and anything else outside no problem but those are on another level entirely. We don't have them where I live now, but they would show up all the time in my parents house. When I was in high-school, if my mom trapped one in a cup (we never kill bugs) she would chase me with the cup. :(

    Hello!

On my first driving test I failed after being in the car for less than a minute. I turned onto the wrong side of a four lane highway. My instructor was like "Yeah... you can kill someone with this mistake so, we're going to have to go back."

One night I was speeding right along and then right in front of me were 20 elk on the road and another 30 in the orchard right next to it. I slammed my brakes on and the elk just looked at me like "eh dumbass human" and luckily I didn't hit them or I would have been SOL.
