I am working on the reading for my sand ceremony and I really want to include my fiance and my mom in the ceremony. I was thinking of having my mom and his mom pour white sand into the largest vase during the processional and then my fiance and I pouring in our seperate colors in later on in the ceremony. Does this sound like a stupid idea and does anyone know of any readings that would go along with this? Thanks.
