aw, beagle, i know the feeling. weight watchers is hard on the uptake, but it gets easier as you go along. i drink water ALL the time to "keep me busy" and to keep from snacking too much. that's the best advice i can give you. and def don't deprive yourself. you can totally have m&ms, but you need to keep track of how much you have, and not use all 29 points on m&ms. i tell you though, it does work!

Thanks ev- I've been doing it for a while, just getting back on the wagon again. Last time I lost 20lbs from April-October. I'm only looking to lose 10lbs this time.

I just hate hate hate the first few days, when your body is all "WTF I WANT JUNK FOOD" and you have to biotch slap it into submission. I know that itl'l settle down but I wish it would happen sooner.

Cara- sorry youre having a rough day

Sounds like you need a 'sweat it out' session at the gym. That always gets out a lot of aggression for me. I've def had those days so I feel your pain. Hang in there- only a few hours left!

On the GTG note we defintely need to. Although we should try a winery one time. That would be a damn fine GTG if you ask me. I need a glass right about now -

Now we just have to find one that is centrally located.

I know Chadds Ford Winery has some good reviews, and in all my legally drinking years (my parents live 15 minutes from there) I've never been.

And all the Lehigh Valley ones are too far - but delicious!

Thanks ladies! Jess - I should definitely get to the gym and have a hard run! I've never been one of those "exercise takes my mind off it" people, but I know that it does help!

TCT - leave is over SOON but not soon enough! ha I think I am less than 2 weeks away. I'm just burnt out from it and how frustrating it is to be held accountable and responsible when really, there is very little I have the authority to do. Boo.

Cara- bummer, but the bright side is definitely the less than 2 weeks!

Ok Wineries - other than the Lehigh and Brandywine Valley Wine Trails, which seem to have an assortment of events in March (but are linked to passports- $30/ each and you get into all wineries throughout March and some even into April). I found a site for Buck Co. wineries, not sure that all of these are in Bucks, but it lists a good amount of them:

There was also a Clover Hill Winery - but I think the main place for the winery is actually in the Lehigh Valley (google pulled up a near by store).

Everything I seem to find is pretty far for those closer to DE, or actually in Philadelphia - so check them out, or offer up suggestions of other wineries - again all the ones I know about are either really close to my parents - or in the Lehigh Valley.

Dear Co-workers,

The day before a big meeting is supposed to take place out of the office is not the day to say "Hey... did anyone tell you about this meeting that you have to go to? No? You can go, though... right?" because I'm a busy person. I do 3 people's jobs. And being out of the office for 4+ hours for a meeting is something that I'd like to be able to plan for. Especially since I have an appointment at 1:30 that I've been waiting months for.

AW...one of my closest friends and my BM had her baby girl Olivia yesterday on Presidents Day!!! She toughed it out for 27 hours and then they had to do a c-section, but it was all worth it as she texted me "I'm so in love with her already!!!" I'm super excited to visit, just waiting for the green light from the new parents that they are up for visitors.
