So what do you think the chances are (realistically) of having David Tutera come and help me out with my wedding? the wedding is in December 2012

    Did you apply to the show online? I think they're only doing weddings in the LA area.

    No I have not yet, I am still planning on what i am going to say (just looked it up today), also they are only filming in LA from like August to November. My wedding kinda falls outside of those dates :) so i am hoping that will help!

    According to the casting site, they ONLY cast LA brides. They only shoot June-November in LA. They're not saying that they cast outside of this areas during other months, they mean they only ever cast in LA from June to November, so you don't meet the location or month requirement.

    Realistically, probably slim to none.

    Trust me, I've thought about it haha.  I think they probably only do weddings in certain areas, but I could be wrong.  Nothing wrong with trying for it though!

    I think I've seen them cast other places, but I could be wrong.  But even then there is  still an assigned place they're planning to shoot, so I would say the chances are very slim. This show bugs me to no end.

    Edit: I just checked their website, and it says:
    WE tv's hit series My Fair Wedding is casting for Los Angeles brides only! We need brides who are getting married in LA between June 2011 and November 2011. Sorry no exceptions.
    The no exceptions was bolded on the website, I didn't add that, so I'm guessing chances are slim.

    Realistically, plan your own wedding.  You've got plenty of time.
