Which would you do?

I posted a few days about about a gift for the groom ... I'm planning on doing custom cufflinks. The design is something he'll wear again, so I'll definetly get them. However, I can't decide which etsy vendor to go with. (I'm a super-indecisive person.) Out of these two vendors, which would you go with? The one in the UK is a bit more expensive.

The first one ( http://www.etsy.com/shop/chrisparry ) looks a little more legit and has almost 8 times the positive feedback.... that's what my gut goes with =]
