Quality seamstress/alterations??

Hello ladies! I bought my gown as a sample sale gown from Betsey Robinson's a few months ago and they recommended Luda Zayats for alterations. Does anyone have any experience with her? Another person I have heard good things about is Sheryl Kelm. And then a third recommended place is Dalinda's
Quality Alterations for Men and Women. (For some reason that store name alone makes me nervous.) 

Can anyone recommend someone good or has anyone had a positive or negative experience they can share?? My gown is lace/tulle and is Monique Lhuillier Bliss collection and I need to take it down 2 sizes. Anywhere around Baltimore is fine :) THANK YOU!!!
