4 Mexico resort options... one Honeymoon - Need Advice!

We have the option to choose one of the following and would be so grateful for any advice as we must decide by THrusday!

Our options are:

  • Barcelo Maya Beach Resort
  • Dreams Rivera Maya
  • THe Royal
  • Sandos Playa Del Carmen


We;ve never been to Mexico, TIA for your help!

    You might want to check/ask the Honeymoon board.  I've seen posts on some of those resorts.  Also, tripadvisor.com.  That really helped me pick out a resort in Belize.

    Sounds like fun! We are doing Mexico too only we are doing a cruise leavinf out of Ca a 7day cruise with a balcony room..has 3 stops in mexico on 3 different days the rest are at sea days and its 650 a person. Not too terrible! I agree trip advisor is a great tool any time you travel anywhere...we have been using it for years and have found some great places to stay. GL! Remember dont drink the water in Mexico! lol
