Wedding Lineup

My question is I am having 5 groomsmen, 5 bridesmaids and my 2 daughters, one will be a bridesmaid (age 17),  the other a junior bridesmaid (age 12). My sister is my maid of honor. Where should my daughters stand during the ceremony and receiving line? I want them to feel a part of everything! They will be escorted out by my nephews.

Thanks!!!!

I don't think I understand.  They should stand with all the rest of the BMs.

I've never seen a recieving line with anyone besides the couple.  Adding the WP would seem to really draw it out.

Why aren't they standing or sitting with the other BMs?

First of all, the 12 year old isn't really a junior anything.  She's doing exactly what the other BMs are doing:  she's wearing a dress, walking down the aisle, standing respectfully during the ceremony, and smiling for pictures.  Drop the Junior.  She's a bridesmaid.

As for where they stand.  They stand (or sit) wherever the other BMs stand or sit.  Why would they be in a different place.

WPs DO NOT have to be symmetrical.  If you have two more people on your side of the ceremony than your FI has, big deal.  Why is that a problem?
"Trix, it's what they/our parents wanted. Why so judgemental? And why is your wedding date over a year and a half ago? And why do you not have a groom's name? And why have you posted over 12,000 posts? And why do you always say mean things to brides?" palegirl146

I agree with the pp's. When my mom got remarried I was a part of the recieving line and I did stand with the BM's during the ceremony.
