Any St. Lucia Tips?

Hi ladies! In early October, my FI and I will be staying at Sandals Regency Resort in St. Lucia. Yay!! Does anyone have any suggestions or tips about the island or the hotel?? Thanks :)

    We did a tour with Cosol Tours that bought us around the entire island - it was wonderful!

    Yay! We actually just booked the Cosol tour, we heard it was wonderful! I'm glad to hear it again :) (PS, I LOVE your pitcure)
