    Hi, ladies.  I haven't been posting this week but have been sticking to a pretty good diet.  I've been working out at least an hour a day pretty hardcore.  The results of that?  I gained a pound and a half this week.  I'm a little discouraged.

    B: Smoothie (270) and fruit (100)
    L: Black been and quiona (330)
    D: Chicken Salad with goat cheese (350)
    S: Popcorn (100), hummus (100) and wine
    E: Treadmill and Bootcamp class for an hour total
