To get to bronze on the knot and no longer a newbie

How long did it take you guys to get to 500 posts? It seems like I will never get there. I joined the knot right after I got engaged but lurked and asked for the intital things. Then, now in the last few months have been more active.

I hit it after I got married when I came back to do recaps... and even though I'm married, for some reason I still can't leave... it's very addicitng LOL

I'm addicted too, but I just like reading the posts and only sometimes leave comments, like now. but it will probably be awhile before I get there =(

I actually changed my SNs a few times... /o: I'm more of a lurker, too... but I post a lot on my home board and my wedding board. I just recently became a bronze poster...

You just have to be active on the boards. There's no certain time frame for these things. Post on your local, on your month board or find a "home board" - you'll start racking up posts in no time. BUT, do not post for the sake of posting. Engage.

I agree with bbycakes... I talk a lot on my month board, and I also took on the task of keeping up with the list on my home board, which keeps track of who is getting married when, and that's a weekly post. I am very addicted to the knot, so it was pretty easy, lol

I do post often on my month/year board and I post often on local boards as well. Many times I lurked and if others had answered a question or recommended what I would have I didn't respond. Working to it now though!
