Budget Caterer?

We are getting married next fall (September 2013) in New Richmond WI. We are on a tight budget and are looking for a caterer that would be maybe $15 per person (we are expecting about 100 people). Is this even possible?! :-) Can anyone give me suggestions to look into? I am assuming that it would have to be a buffet style so we don't have to pay for the staff and all that. Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated!!

I don't know if they'd travel to WI- but Divine Swine Catering would for sure be in your budget. They're BBQ style and just do buffet style.

We used Divine Swine and loved them.

Classic catering has all inclusive meals within your budget too

They are between 14 and 15 dollars for some great options!
