I know may of us here are trying to get in better shape for our weddings and for the furture, me being one of them, and today I did a HIIT workout. It was amazing. I could for sure feel it by the end. I started out on the elliptical for a 10 min warm up(resistance 5, incline 10). After the warm up it off to the tredmill. I decided that my running pace woud be 6 and my walking pace would be 4. I ran for one minutes and then walked for 2 minutes. I did this six times. By the end I thought I was going to puke but I kept going! It felt great to not give up half way through, because I so wanted to.
I am really liking this HIIT workout. I can still feel it in my abs!
