Hello - I really need help on this one. I am going to meet with Patty who works out of Fridley. Her rates are awesome and she seems really cool. She will spend the entire day with me and the girls up until the dance starts at the reception. she will cost about $65-$75 per girl for hair and makeup. Has anybody used her? Her salon (which i think is her house too) is off of East River Road. I can not find anything out anywhere else. I got her info from my caterer at Ideal Hall.....
