Re: screw it, FFF

  • Lather, rinse, repeat.  Lather, rinse, repeat.  Lather, rinse, repeat... as needed.
  • I am leaving work in a few minutes, but I just want to say that this truly was the best FFF ever.

    Thanks lasquared.

[QUOTE]So, Lab, if only engaged people planning a wedding were on the boards, no married people who have already been through the process, who exactly would be able to give good advice to the people planning? It would be the blind leading the blind. I flame Lab for being just obnoxious in general. Everytime she posts I want to bitchslap her through my computer.

If you read my post accurately, I said I had no issue with married people being here.  I have an issue with married people saying unmarried peeps shouldn't be.

By the way, the Patrick Swayze movie you are thinking of is Footloose.  Demi Moore was the daughter of a preacher and Bruce Willis was his wacky friend who learned to dance.  The preacher was played by Morgan Freeman.

  • Wow, Kiki - first, you were there on SB less than 2 weeks ago, saying something to me about overreaction (which was rich, coming from you).

Then, last week, you said you'd looked back at old FFFs and remembered how not-so-good they made you feel, and what do you know? You're right back in the middle of them.

    A) You did overreact in that case.  That has nothing to do with me.

    B) I did indeed say that, but I didn't say "Now I'm not going to participate."  It is what it is, if I don't like it I don't have to play.  You are here, too, obviously.

    B) I haven't said anything to/about you here, but whoever said that you used to be nice but are now bitchy all the time?  Co-signed.  Standing up for yourself doesn't mean you have to be constantly angry.

Are you sure? I thought that Bruce Willis and Patrick Swayze were in that movie where they sat on the porch all day, then Morgan Freeman would come riding down the street on his bicycle and everyone would hide? Remember? And at one point Bruce Willis snuck into the bedroom of Morgan Freeman to steal something? And Patrick Swayze had that ghetto girlfriend with long nails and he was always trying to borrow money from her. It was Demi Moore, and everyone kept saying "DAAAAAAAAAAMN!!!"
