  Try Marc Photography in Zeeland...they have an associate photographer and his packages start at like $800!

  My photographer is Eileen Koprowski... so far she's been great to work with, and right around your price range... my wedding isn't for a few more weeks, so I don't know how the photos will turn out, but so far she's been very professional and I liked the pictures from the albums she brought to our appointment!
