Beach Wedding and Reception

I've already looked at Bay Pointe Inn as well as Camp Blodgett -- both are a bit higher than what I was hoping to pay -- but I REALLY want a beach wedding/reception (either over looking or actually ON the beach)

I'm actually in Indiana -- as is the rest of my family -- but we're set on a beach wedding -- I'm feeling a bit frustrated by the lack of options...I'm hoping to keep it from about Grand Rapids south...the drive is a factor.  We believe we'll have around 150 guest.  ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD HELP!!!!!  Thanks so much!

    Saugatuck/Holland might be a little far for you, but there are several places that offer beach wedding settings there. I looked at Camp Geneva in Holland and the price was pretty reasonable, if I remember right. Good luck!

    Ah hah! I didn't know that. We were only looking at it for the ceremony, so that wasn't something we asked when we met with them.

    The Veranda in St. Joe as well as the Shadowlands Ballroom there are both nice places.

    I had already looked at The Veranda -- but now have an appointment with the Shadowlands -- thank you sooooo much!!!!!!
