    It doesn't seem real.  My wedding is only 3 days away and it hasn't "hit" me yet.  I'm probably going to be a giant ball of emotions on Saturday morning when I am trying to get my hair and makeup done.

    Confession: Last night I was trying to squeeze myself into a pair of super cute skinny jeans and literally pulled a muscle in my back. I thought I could just handle it, but ever since I woke up this morning my back has been spasming...awesome. Apparently it is time to get back to running! haha


    Vent: I am so over this semester in school. 4 more weeks and I get a mini vaca! I'm in nursing school and this is our Intensive Care semester (not for me) and next semester is Peds (where I want to end up!) so I am more than excited for next semester to get here =)

    confession: i would love for today to be wednesday the 23 so i can be off for the next 4 days!!!!!! maybe just maybe i will get some wedding stuff done next week but i doubt it :)

    I really wish that my FI would stop being an ass sometimes and take some time to think of me "just because" and not because I did something for him. I'm on day 3 of no smoking and I seriously just want to punch him and everyone in the face. I'm tired of being taken advantage of and I'm tired of no one appreciating the things I do or the time it takes for me to do things.

    WAKE UP YOU 3 KIDS AND FI.... JUST BECAUSE I DON'T WORK, DOESN'T MEAN I'M YOUR B*TCH AROUND THE HOUSE AND YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND.

    Ok. I'm done now. I think. Sorry lol.

    vent: I have been sick for exactly 2 weeks. I am so sick of feeling horrible that I want to cry. I have a really bad cold and cough but no fever, which means its viral and just has to run its course, antibiotics will not help :(

    confession: we had a friends wedding on 11/11/11 and had 3 out of towners ( FI's friends) stay with us. By the last day they were with us, I wanted to lose it on these people, my house is a wreck. Since I am off today, I should be cleaning but I am just going to lay on the couch all day and try to feel better!

    Vent: writing and reading performance evaluations is my least favorite thing right now. I vote that we ditch this method and go with a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down approach. It would save everyone a lot of time.

    RC:They are big on peer performance evals at my job too. I don't think anyone is ever really honest because hey, we have to work with these people. I am truly not going to tell them they suck. But a thumbs up/thumbs down approach would really eliminate alot of useless writing, especially when we all get the same percentage for raises.

    What?! You don't like critical care???!! Haha...I'm a cardio-thoracic ICU nurse and women/peds was the furthest I EVER wanted to be in nursing....that just pained me. LOL! Congrats on your upcoming graduation. :)

    Confession: Stupid, stupid moving and having to go through old things. I came across a picture of me and my "papa" (grandpa) from 2005. My grandparents practically raised me...he was my father figure since my biological father did a less-than-stellar job of that. The 29th of this month will be 2 years since he passed away and this coming Saturday would have been his 75th birthday. The pic upset me more than I think it would have if it was any other time of the year. I fought back tears on the way to the gym and then did 60 hard minutes of cardio. I feel better now. It just sucks. I miss him so much still...and today is 7 months from my wedding...which he won't be there for. :( And FI has been out of state since last Saturday, not returning until Friday. :( :(

    Another confession: Leaving the gym I ran into my high school sweetheart's mom. I haven't seen her in almost 5 years probably. It felt weirdly good (given my nostalgic mood) to see an old familiar face.
