Pre-wedding Parties

Atlantic City Bachelorette Party- Anyone have connections at Borgata or Harrahs?

Hey Brides,

I am planning on having my bachelorette party in AC at the end of August and was wondering if anyone has connections at the Borgata or Harrahs for free rooms for Fri and Sat night? I go a few times a year and have my players card and am being offered discounted rates(still expensive), but I really don't want the bridesmiads to spend money on that so we can enjoy ourselves at the spa or gambling or shopping. I really appreciate the help!! :)

Maybe you should let your BMs plan a b-party for you that they can afford instead of asking complete strangers to pull strings for you.

Did you really just ask an international board of strangers to help pay for your bachelorette party? Really?

Yikes. I agree with pp's. You really shouldn't be planning your own b-party.

    Yes...she did...

OP: If your BMs are offering to host a bachelorette party, that's great. But have them do something they can afford and appreciate the time spent with your friends. That's a lot better than planning your own party, and furthermore asking complete strangers to pull strings for you because you want to party at one of your favorite casinos for free.

Wow! I've give you credit for chutzpah. But that's about all.
"Trix, it's what they/our parents wanted. Why so judgemental? And why is your wedding date over a year and a half ago? And why do you not have a groom's name? And why have you posted over 12,000 posts? And why do you always say mean things to brides?" palegirl146

Agree with everyone being surpised at you asking complete strangers to pull strings for you at a casino.

Even if any of us had free rooms, we wouldn't be able to do anything to help - usually the person who has the rooms has to be there in order to check in.

However, if any of your BMs have a comp card and are entitled to discount rooms you may be able to call up and say we have X number of girls coming, three of us are comp card holders, is there anything you can do for us. It never hurts to ask. My FI and I are both card holders and Foxwoods and have been able to get reduced rates since we are both staying in the same room.

Otherwise, remember that you can use your comp points to pay for the rooms and don't necessarily have to pay for the rooms in cash. Or you can use points for a fun meal somewhere in the hotel.

I doubt you will be able to get a free room at the Borgata on a Frdiay though unless you are a serious player there - you may have better luck at Harrah's.

    Hope this helps!
