We're offering 3 choices for our sit-down dinner
    1) Beef Brisket with spring vegetables and mashed potatoes
    2) Chicken with a lemon caper butter sauce (same sides as above)
    3) Eggplant Parmesan as a vegetarian option

Then with each one we are offering Caesar salad

KC Strip w/a trio of sauces (Aus Jus, horseradish, and something else) and panko breaded chicken w/some sauce that I also forgot lol. Then garden salad, garlic cheddar mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls. I think we'll have a coffee bar for later as well through our caterer, and maybe a chocolate foundation? Wow, I should prob figure out where this info is!

An italian buffet. Lasanga, pasta with a choice of Alfredo or Meat Sause, Meat Balls, Ceasar Salad, Garlic Bread, plain Bread Sticks, and a veggie. The vast majority of our guests, as well as FI and I are fans of Italian food, so we are doing a specific menu. We will also have a chocolate fountain, three cake options and an ice cream break later in the evening.

BBQ all the way! At The Clubhouse on Baltimore. Either Brancato's or Jack Stack.

Has anyone had Brancato's BBQ? Is it any good?

Oklahoma Joe's BBQ!! FI and I met at that restaurant so it seemed fitting. Besides, half of our guests are OOT so we felt they should have some KC BBQ while they are here.

We plan on getting items from Costco to set up our own appetizer displays.
