RD Menu

Since I am having a Nigerian Engagement on the 10th with a lot of Nigerian food, and having a sit down dinner with Chicken, Beef and Salmon on the 11th, I decided to do something very different for the RD menu on the 9th.....I love THAI food and am convinced I was Thai in my past life. Here is my menu

Appetizers:

Chicken Satay

Rice Net Spring Roll

Roti Prata

Entree Choice:

 Pad Thai

Pineapple Fried Rice

Mango Chicken

Red Curry

Thai Pepper Beef

Thai Chile Fish

Malaysian Vegetable

Dessert:

Roti Kaya

Fried Banana’s with any flavor ice cream

That sounds amazing! I also think it's a good idea that guests invited to the RD will get a different type of food than they will other nights. That was one of our major considerations when choosing where we will have ours.

Flawless, what is Nigerian food like?  I was at a wedding last year where the groom was Ethiopian, so all of the food at the reception was traditional Ethiopian food.  It was really interesting!  I usually don't like things that are super spicy, but it was really good.

Paprika: I like it when you burp in my ear. It really turns me on.

Consider this idea stolen! I <3 thai food and would love to work it into the day of menu, but I'm not sure that's possible. This is a perfect solution! It sounds like you are going to have an amazing wedding weekend! :-D

    Hey Hon,

I am Yoruba (one of the trips in Nigeria) and our food is very spicy and HOT. We eat a lot of rice also. We should do a Potluck soon (after my honeymoon), and i can make some stuff
