There was a ring box hiding in my Christmas tree this morning...

...but it's not there anymore. 

Because it was one of my Christmas presents from BF; we exchanged gifts tonight. Sapphire with 2 small diamond accents, love it. It's not an e-ring though, don't worry (we're soo not there yet)!

Wee! I love Christmas! Have any of you given/received any gifts yet? Other than BF, I've given/gotten a few to/from co-workers.

    Either way that is totally cute and you did get me for a second with the ring in the tree thing. Silly lady! To answer your question, we pretty much did all our presents already. All we have is my mom's tomorrow and trust me we didn't even get to the point of wrapping this year.

    We were so lazy.

    That sounds beautiful! It is always nice to have someone you love on Christmas. My fiance and I will exchange one gift tomorrow and do the rest on Christmas.

    Girl, you do not have to show anyone a pic of your ring. You have nothing to prove to anyone. You enjoy your ring and life. They are haters and probably just got gift cards.

    BF and I decided to take each other out for dinner this year. Although he did find a $10 iTunes giftcard lying around and gave it to me to use. But it wasn't $25, so he doesn't love me.

    Oh, and him and I did a rock(ish) version of "Baby, It's Cold Outside" and I sent it to family as a sort of Christmas card. The link to the vid is on my FB.

    ETA: Beads, that ring is so pretty! And Joiner, can you just shut up or go away? Both would be preferable.

    Hahaha... I'm that way. That totally put a smile on my face. We were discussing when we were going to exchange gifts (K is coming in late tomorrow night) and I was like, how about first thing Christmas morning? I have zero patience when it comes to gifts.

    Love your ring! Very classy. FI already guessed his gift (it was Call of Duty: Black Ops and he kind of knew beforehand, but when we went to Gamestop for a gift card for my brother, he did the ol' "Maybe I should buy Black Ops, huh, baby?" lol). And we've gotten our joint gifts from my parents and my brother already. A popcorn machine and a blu-ray player (sha-wing!).

    That ring is completely gorgeous. I'm jealous, Beads. Next time you better be engaged though. lol.  And I love the idea of hiding gifts in the tree. We're really not good with that stuff. And I am also on the jealous train for the popcorn machine if it's like a movie theater one.

    Very pretty ring!!

    I've exchanged gifts with a few friends. Received a penguin pillow pet :D, a set of tupperware [much needed], and a nightmare before Christmas picture frame. Most of my gifting happens Christmas day, this year I'm doing an exchange the day after Christmas too. I'm just excited to give all the gifts that I've gotten for people, it's my favorite part! BF and I will prob do gifts Christmas evening, just the 2 of us, after spending the afternoon with my family.

    As for your question... We haven't opened gifts yet! We'll do some tonight and some tomorrow... BF did tell me, though, that one of my gifts is that he's going to have the windows on my new car tinted! :D (Which I was going to do anyway but he's going to pay for it)

    Sounds like a bunch of you have lots of getting and giving ahead of you today and tomorrow! We do all of the big family stuff tomorrow as well. 

    Misskrys - Jealous of the Blu Ray player. BF and I both kinda want one, but we didn't ask for one, so I think we might try to nab one on sale after Christmas.

    The funny part about Joiners gift card thing is that I just read some of her old posts. Apparently getting them for Christmas is tacky, but asking for them at your wedding is  A-OK.
