engagement picutre advice

Soooo...I really have it set in my heart to get fall engagement picutres taken. My fiance is a farmer ( we live in southern minnesota) and he just got done in the field. It would probably be two weeks before we can do our pictures. My only worry is, is that everything is going to be too dead looking to take outside pictures....what do you guys think?

I would ask your photographer what he/she suggests--they might be able to provide another idea, location, etc.  I do love fall engagement pictures when the leaves are turning, etc.--but if everything is already dead, not sure why you would want to do them then.

I've seen some that have been done in the woods with lots of branches and pines that look really good.  I think you'd still be ok in a couple weeks.  I'm in Michigan so I can relate with the leaves coming off the trees in a few weeks.
