Damn right she is. You know, people can say what they want about Nancy Grace and how psycho she is but I think she's awesome. She's out there trying to get creeps like Joran van der Sloot to be accountable for their crimes - and I applaud her for that. She's like, a crusader for victims - especially since she had her twins. God help the person who crosses her children.

I can't believe this jerkoff has been free all this time and he's still out there committing crimes - he's effing dangerous. Lock him up dammit! When I saw this story earlier today is it sad that my first thought was "Oh. Figures."

I think they'll get him this time, unless he kills himself. Daddy's dead, he's away from home, the victim is the daughter of a well-known race car driver, and Peru doesn't play. The odds are not in his favor.

Well, yeah, except that if the evidence wasn't there (in the Holloway case), it wasn't there. The government can't go around locking people up because they look like creepers and Nancy Grace is sure they did it. You can't just manufacture evidence or lower the standard of proof just because you just *know* he's guilty.

Yes, this is how I feel too. It's unfortunate that they didn't have enough evidence before, but there's not much they can do about it. Hopefully, they'll be able to get him (or whoever did it) this time.

He changed his story so many times though - and how about that video where he pretty much flat out confessed? I don't know many people who can say they know exactly what happened to a murder victim and then be set free just because he changed his story.

Sufficient evidence or not, this kid is a toolbag.
