Ok ladies, I'm summoning your creative juices. Apologies in advance for the SUPER LONG POST (and sorry some photo links aren't working). Let me start with what I'm trying to achieve...
- I'd like everyone to look sort of unified. Either color, flower, style, something.
- I'd like for some people to stand out more. Groom. Moms. Dads.
- Our WP: MOH = my sister. BM = his brother. No one else
- There's also the mess of FI's brother's wife, and their 2 boys. They're not WP really, but they'll be walking in with BM at the beginning, so I'd like to acknowledge them.
- Wedding color is yellow
Groom's bout (gray pinstripe suit with yellow tie) - white irishttp://farm2.static.flickr.com/1365/5162666622_71762934f9.jpg
BM's bout (same suit as groom) (billy balls)
For the 2 & 4 year old boys, and their mom: (yellow mokara)
For MOB & MOG - pin on corsages
For the dads:http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_yikCi8IYbKU/SYomp-7f58I/AAAAAAAAAUI/sOGwnS4eMAM/s400/061008_flow2_sp08_400x400.jpg
So now it's like, everyone has a totally different flower, and I haven't even picked the MOH's bouquet yet. Is that just...too much?
Should we just do callas on all the men (white for groom, yellow everyone else)? The groom sort of prefers a white calla to the iris, but I think they look kind of ugly unless the shape & color is just perfect. *sigh*
Then I have centerpiece issues too, but can save those for later...hehe.
When did I become a neurotic mess...OVER FLOWERS?!?
