I had my "interview" on Saturday. Everything went great! I think I will work very well with the director. Every issue/challenge that he was saying they are or will be going through I've already dealt with. So there wont be any major surprises. He said I was the only one he was interviewing for the position and has talked to all my previous bosses at the company as well as the regional managers and he liked what he heard.
He is supposed to give me a call today to confirm the rate of pay (they're going to match my current pay) and as soon as I get that call I will give my 2 weeks notice here.
