Had final meeting with venue to set ceremony/reception time line
Finalized menu
Selected linens
Decided on cake flavors
Received flowers from designer
Printed and assembled table numbers
Paid off MUA
Made additional payment to venue
Finalized music and sent to DJ
Left to do:
Finish unity and memorial candles
Pick up dress on 9/6
Print and assemble programs
Find FI a tie clip
Get house in order... FI will be home from Kuwait in 18 days!!!
10 days out - call final numbers to venue
2 days out - deliver centerpieces, flowers and other decor to venue for set up and pay balance!
HELP!!! What am I forgetting?
