How does this menu sound?

The venue is a bed and breakfast - wedding reception will be outside around 2pm in June.  We don't want a formal reception - more casual, mingle, type of thing, but brunch and tea aren't really words that describe it either.  The music is an ipod, and we will have a dance floor, but probably not a tent.  I'm hoping for small tables, and the colors are blush and bashful if you like Julia Roberts, or pink and pink if you like Sally Fields.  The menu that we're giving to the venue is:

Rolls with assorted butters
vegetable tray w/ hummus, tzatziki dip, pita crackers
cheese tray
fruit tray
Caprese salad
caesar salad
deviled eggs
shrimp cocktail
baked ham (sliced on trays)
baked turkey (sliced on trays)
marinated mushrooms
cucumber goat cheese spirals
pickles, olives
some sort of a starcy salad, but not a picnic salad
coffee, tea, lemonade, iced tea, red wine, chardonnay, riesling, long neck beers, champagne
brownies, chocolate chip cookies, lemon bars, lime bars, orange bars, wedding cake
on tables bowls of pillow mints, hersheys kisses, regular almonds.

Is there enough?  Not enough?  not formal enough?   Would you be happy to go to that reception?

I think for a 2pm reception the foods you have chosen are good. If you wanted to make it more formal you could have some of your foods passed butler style. It sounds like you will have plenty of selection.

I think it sounds great! I would love to have that meal at a wedding.

I think it sounds like enough food and variety. As for formal it depends on the level you want. I think if the presentation is good it make almost anything formal. So I would say formal enough too.

    Sounds good to me.

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

More than enough.  Yes!  I'd be happy to go to that reception, but would really hope there is a place I can catch some shade.
