  I've been looking at www.cardsandpockets.com and www.envelopeme.com.
  
  I ordered samples from cardsandpockets, I'll let you know what I think when I get them!

  These are called "Kangaroo Pocket" invites.  I actually used this style and made my own pocket from scratch.  They ended up being $0.19 each...so way cheaper than candp.  Look in my bio for instructions and pics.

  I don't know if you have a Ben Franklin in your area but I did mine done there. They have die-cuts you use that makes it very simple.
