    Oh no I am talking about the 30 day shred. Shred it was different, any my legs still hurt from it. 2 days ago I did it. LOL  30 day shred is really good though. LOVE IT

    Awesome! I wanted to start getting serious. I'm not looking to LOSE a bunch of weight, but definitely have room for lots of toning up. My TTD is in March and my BPics are in April =/

    The 30day shred is tough... I hate jillian because I struggle and she looks like its a day at the beach for her.. You will curse at her (or maybe I am the only one, ha) and you will FEEL it the next day... What I dislike is she wants you to do it EVERYDAY for 30mins for 30 days! Sometimes I dont even feel like I have 30 mins to spare so it's tough. I have NEVER gone the full 30days. I get up to about 5 days in a row, by then my body is KILLING me and it hurts to do it. According to Jillian this is the best time to continue working out but my body kills! So I usually stop and give myself a day or two rest.... which sometimes turns into a week or I stop. Which I know it's bad. So I will try it again...

    Yea, I see what you mean. Realistically, I'll probably try and do it 3-4 times a week. We'll see how it goes. Let me know if you pick it back up so we can help motivate each other!

    Oh I don't do it daily, good lord I would die. And yes I curse her out too. My FB statuses are always like ' Jillian you are the devil' or sometihng like that haha.

    I know it does get easier, and you won't hurt as much, good luck ladies!!

    The first time I did 30 Day Shred was a year ago.  I made this resolution that I was going to be active so I could strengthen my core.  I did Jillian 4 days a week for a month... and the first week I cursed her.  It did get easier.

    Then I started working on the project that I'm working on now... and I was working 60-70 hour weeks and stopped working out altogether.  I really loved the way that I felt when I was doing the 30 Day Shred, but the project took all the life out of me.  I am taking another break from exercise now because I'm back in this project hell again. 

    But stick with it.  Get through the first two weeks and it does get easier.  Definitely start with level 1.  Don't jump a level or you will die.  And when you move up a level.... it's gonna hurt.  But stick with it.
